2019 Employees of the Month: A Year in Review
At Folding Guard, we’re proud to employ the best in the business. In order to recognize our employees and the exceptional work they do every day, we implemented an Employee of the Month program in 2019. This program allows all of our employees to nominate their peers to be recognized at our monthly team meeting for going above and beyond the expectations of their positions and being amazing team players. As we ring in the new year, it’s time to look back on all of our Employees of the Month from 2019! Thank you all so much for your hard work and dedication to your teams, our products, and our customers!
JANUARY – CHERYL T.
Cheryl effectively communicates with customers and does so with a great, positive attitude. Not only is she this way towards our customers, but the coworkers around her. We are very lucky to have Cheryl on our team!
FEBRUARY – MARCO P.
Marco always has a positive attitude, has a great knowledge of his work, does what others can’t do and is always smiling, even when he is stressed.
MARCH – ALEJANDRO R.
Alejandro is an excellent worker, is very responsible and organized, and always maintains a positive attitude. Not only is he extremely helpful and supportive to his team, but he is always willing to lend a helping hand to others and go the extra mile to make sure the job gets done right.
APRIL – MARY M.
Mary is such a sweet person and a great person to work with! She is very welcoming, has a great personality, is hardworking and always positive. She contacts customers as soon as possible and always goes out of her way for them. She has excellent customer service and is also so kind to her coworkers.
MAY – RONALD W.
Ronald is an outstanding, hard-working employee that displays a tireless devotion to the company. He uses his knowledge and skills to achieve his goals and does so with great pride and passion.
Ronald’s great attitude and optimism are infectious to everyone around him. No matter what is thrown at him, Ronald is always willing to step up and help with a smile. Ronald is a great employee that deserves to be recognized for all that he does!
JUNE – JOSE R.
Jose never hesitates on taking responsibilities and he is always ready to work and solve problems. He is more than willing to help others and to learn new things. He is a great team player, an awesome trainer with a great attitude and is an all around awesome employee!
JULY – MAGDALENA M.
Magdalena is a great employee and coworker! She always does an excellent job and is very focused on her work. Not only is she a responsible, hard worker, but she is a great coworker and friend.
AUGUST – ROSALINA B.
Rosalina is a very hardworking employee and is extremely dedicated to her job. She is efficient, responsible and gets the job done! She is always willing to help, and we are lucky to have her as a Folding Guard colleague.
SEPTEMBER – MARCO Q.
Marco has demonstrated great leadership and initiative on the floor. Not only does he have a high amount of flexibility in his work area, but he also was instrumental in the design of special order shipping pallets. He is a great leader and team member!
OCTOBER – HALEY C.
Haley gladly takes on new tasks and is very organized. She is very hardworking, capable and willing to help any employee. She has an excellent attitude and is a very friendly and smiley person. Her optimism is infectious!
NOVEMBER – IVAN V.
Ivan is an excellent worker and he goes the extra mile to ensure that orders are shipped out on time. He is always willing to stay late to get the job done right, he pays attention to details and catches mistakes.
He is a valuable employee who deserves to be recognized for his contribution to make us a successful business.
DECEMBER – THEO L.
Theo has one of the best work attitudes I’ve ever seen. He is very humble and always assists when we have a difficult task in the powder department.
Not only does Theo have a great relationship with all the staff, but he is very attentive in his work and always goes the extra mile. His smile is always there to brighten everyone’s day!
